Bitcoach is unofficial coaching. Paying or booking means you accept these terms.
Who we are
Bitcoach is an independent Clash Royale coaching service operated by a sole trader. By booking or paying, you agree to these terms.
Not affiliated with Supercell
Bitcoach is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. Clash Royale and related names, art, and marks are trademarks of Supercell. We provide unofficial coaching only. We never ask for your Supercell password, and we cannot restore, unban, or change your game account.
What you are buying
You are buying a digital coaching service: a written game review or a live Discord session, as described on the site at the time of payment. Coaching is opinion and training. We do not guarantee trophies, rank, wins, or any in-game result.
Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and paid in cryptocurrency through Blockpn. Crypto transfers are irreversible. All sales are final. There are no refunds for change of mind, missed Discord messages, scheduling delays caused by you, in-game performance, or because you dislike the advice. Chargebacks or payment disputes do not apply to completed crypto payments.
Claim keys
After payment you receive a unique claim key. You must copy it, keep it safe, and message the Discord handle shown on the paid confirmation page with that key to redeem your coaching. If you lose, delete, or share the key and cannot redeem, there is no refund and we have no obligation to issue a new key. We may, at our sole discretion, check our paid-order records if you can otherwise identify the booking; we do not have to do so.
Your responsibilities
You must be old enough to use Discord and make the payment. You are responsible for your wallets, network fees, payment details, Discord account, and player tag. Do not send funds to any address shown outside official Blockpn checkout. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong place, scams, or third-party outages (including Blockpn, Discord, or Clash Royale).
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoach and the sole trader who operates it are not liable for lost trophies, lost rank, bans, account issues, lost keys, lost crypto, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited).
As provided
The site and coaching are provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that Discord or Blockpn will always be available. We may refuse or cancel a booking that looks fraudulent or abusive and, if payment never settled, we owe no session.
